The Spirit
Our plants, the Blue Weber Agave (Agave Tequilana Weber Azul), are the same plants used in the production of tequila. However our plants are acclimated to Australian conditions, particularly the Dry Tropics of North Queensland.
Our spirit will showcase the unique character and seasons of place. Our distillation trials are part of an integrated research and development that is committed to excellence in liquid creation.
